“We have two Labradors who joined our family as adults and are very different in personality. One is quieter and anxious, the other energetic and high arousal. Together, they were very difficult for one person to manage, and we hoped training could help us enjoy everyday life with them more.

Sarah has helped us enormously. With endless patience and gentle encouragement, our older dog is now comfortable around new situations and people, happy to move through groups without fear, and easy to walk on a loose leash. This was achieved without force, just thoughtful training and time.

With our younger dog, Sarah taught me how to recognise rising arousal before it became a problem. When we struggled or felt stuck, Sarah listened without judgement and offered practical solutions. She often followed up with resources and videos that helped us understand what to work on and why.

We’re still learning, but the progress has been huge. Sarah’s feedback is encouraging, positive, and clear. She works with the dogs and the people in front of her, always thinking carefully about how best to support our goals.
